Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion ‘Quit Smoking with the Power of Hypnosis 10% Off’ is run by Tullamore Psychologist: Flat2, Church Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, R35W6Y2, tel: +353874290233, tullamorepsychologist.ie
  2. The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
  3. The promotion commences at 8th February 2024 and closes at 31st March 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
  4. The promotion is ran via Tullamore Psychologist Facebook page.
  5. The subject of the promotion is a 10% discount on the hypnotic ‘Quit Smoking’ appointment that is ordinarily listed at a regular fee of €250.
  6. To enter the promotion, during the promotional period the entrant must: 1) Book an appointment for the hypnotic ‘Quit Smoking’ session by contacting Tullamore Psychologist via the contact form on the promo landing page https://tullamorepsychologist.ie/quit-smoking-promo. 2) Make the full payment of €225 by one of the electronic means available within 3 days of booking the appointment. The entrant now becomes a Client of Tullamore Psychologist. 
  7. Payment methods: Bank transfer Account name: Tullamore Psychologist, IBAN: IE88AIBK93225641249074, BIC: AIBKIE2D or Revolut to 0874290233, or Credit card payment – link available on request. Please add your name and session date in the reference.
  8. Appointments that are not paid for within the specified time will be deemed invalid and will be cancelled.
  9. In the event that the Client should become unavailable for the scheduled appointment, an alternative date will be agreed upon notification by the Client to Tullamore Psychologist by email contact@tullamorepsychologist.ie, phone +353874290233 or text message. The minimum notification time required is 48hours.
  10. In the event of the Client cancelling the appointment in the time shorter than 48 hours prior to the appointment date, there will be no refund for the cancellation. Please see Cancellation Policy for details. 
  11. In the event of Tullamore Psychologist becoming unavailable for the scheduled appoint, as much notice will be given to the Client as possible. 
  12. Tullamore Psychologist reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons. 
  13. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the use of their personal details, name, email address and phone number for the purposes of data processing required for the booking and carrying out of the appointment. Tullamore Psychologist will not share any entrant information outside of its records.
