Payment

It is mandatory for new clients to complete the booking and payment for their first session via this website. You will have the option to pay for your appointment by card at the end of the booking form. Payment for subsequent appointment bookings made directly with the practitioner must be made by bank transfer, Revolut or card payment link (available on request) within 3 days of making the booking. Failure to complete the payment within the timeframe will cancel the appointment and render the previously booked spot vacant to other clients. It will also incur the unpaid fee when booking subsequent appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling the appointment less than 48 hours before due time will incur the full appointment fee. If the appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before the due time no fee will be incurred. To cancel an appointment please email contact@tullamorepsychologist.ie. Full details are available here.
