Payment for the appointments
You will have the option to pay for your appointment at the end of the booking form. It is mandatory for new clients to complete the booking through the booking. Payment for subsequent appointments must be made by bank transfer or Revolut within 3 days of making the booking. Failure to complete the payment within the timeframe will cancel the appointment and render the previously booked spot vacant to other clients. It will also incur the unpaid fee when booking subsequent appointments.

Cancellation and missed appointment policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed / cancelled/ re-scheduled appointments.
No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our therapist, but also our other clients.
Appointment cancellation and/ or re-scheduling
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please email contact@tullamorepsychologist.ie or message +353 87 4290233, as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another person access to that appointment time.
How to cancel your appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at +353 87 4290233. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
No-shows
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. We will charge the client full missed appointment fee.
Further appointments will only be possible upon settling unpaid fees.
